The main section (Orange Beach) has a canteen/beach bar, chemical toilets, and sunbeds in summer. The surrounding coves are completely wild and have no facilities.

Yes. The water is calm, extremely clear, and shallow, making it perfect for swimming. Be careful on the paths leading down the rocks to the water.
