1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp from our team. Submitting a booking form does not guarantee availability until confirmation is sent.

2. Pricing

All prices are per vehicle, one-way, and include VAT, motorway tolls, airport pickup fees, and luggage. Prices are fixed and will not change after confirmation.

3. Payment

Payment is made directly to the driver at your destination by cash (euros) or credit/debit card. No advance payment or deposit is required.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the agreed fare.

5. Flight Delays

We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the waiting time at no additional charge for the first 60 minutes after the original scheduled arrival time.

6. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight details and pickup/drop-off information. We are not liable for missed transfers due to incorrect information provided at the time of booking.

7. Child Seats

Child and infant seats are provided free of charge on request. Please specify requirements when booking.
